Difficulty level: easy, length: 1,8 km, signed path.
Signing: Madách streeet-Looking out tower named Teréz: you must follow the tables in the village with title NATURE TRAIL, afterwards the tables with title Eastern Path and the tables with pictogram looking out tower-Looking out tower Teréz- Guest house Markó: tables with pictogram looking out tower, tables with title West Path.
Description: from the Country House of Csesztve turning left, passing the road bridge appr. 100 m there is the first Starring Path table, at this table turning right and after 300 m walking we can reach Evangelic Cemetary. To this point one can go by car, by motor-cyclea, but from here we may not use these road vehicles, we can go only on foot walking on dirt road. Passing 100 m we leave the forest where we can find the third Starring Path table. The dirt road here bends to right (on footpath in the deep dirt road), it will rises a little bit, on the left there is plow, to the right there is forest belt and after 200 m we reach the fourth table. Continuing the way after 200 m in front of the ridge another dirt road diverges. Turning to it passing appr. 100 m where between the plows existing on the two sides of the road a bushy section is enclosed, here we must follow the edge of right side plow and passing 50 m beside the fifth Starry Path table on the left we turn right and we arrive to the looking out tower.
Belvedere Teréz on the peak of Kövecses is built by Traditional and Cultural Association of Csesztve on a private land with the consent of the owner and tenant. On the area agricultural work is done, therefore we ask you to approach the tower only on foot and just on signed way, please, do not disturb the work and the animals!
To go back to the village we have to start from the mentioned fifth table, what we must reach on a small staircase, passing beside it we have to follow the table with title West Path, the road slopes down all the way. Walking 300 m we reach the edge of forest, where the sixth table stands. Passing down in the forest through astounding creeper part follow the rest tables and finally we get to the edge of the village, where we reach Madách street there is a small footbridge across the stream, going through on it we can find the Kis-Patak bar and restaurant, where we can eat and drink well after the walk.
